LondonHamilton Bradshaw has completed a seven-figure seed investment into Alfa AI, an AI candidate sourcing tool built to help recruitment teams identify, engage and qualify talent at a fraction of the time and cost of traditional sourcing.
As part of the transaction, James Caan CBE joins the company as strategic advisor, working alongside founder and chief executive Alfie Whattam and chief technology officer Ed Godshaw. The investment will fund engineering hires, expand the product roadmap and support commercial rollout across the UK staffing market.
Alfa AI sits naturally alongside Hamilton Bradshaw's long-standing recruitment platform, where four decades of operating experience give the firm direct insight into where sourcing workflows break down and where automation creates measurable value for agencies and in-house teams.
“Recruitment has always been a people business, but the search for those people should be faster, fairer and far less manual. That is exactly the problem Alfa AI is solving.”
Recruitment“Having a partner who has built and sold recruitment businesses for forty years changes the quality of every decision we make.”
