What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We use them, together with similar technologies such as local storage, in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: required to deliver the site, remember your cookie choices and keep it secure. These do not require consent.
- Analytics: help us understand which pages are read and how the site performs, in aggregate. Set only with your consent.
- Embedded content: pages featuring YouTube videos or Google Maps may set cookies from those providers when the content loads.
Third-party content
We embed media from YouTube (Google LLC) and mapping from Google Maps. These providers may set their own cookies and process data under their own privacy policies, over which we have no control.
Managing cookies
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when prompted, and change your mind at any time. All major browsers let you block or delete cookies via their settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
