Investment Manager
Stephen works within the Hamilton Bradshaw Investment team, where he sits on the boards of several companies helping management teams to maximise shareholder value. He brings a broad range of skills, working across all aspects of our deal cycles, from preliminary due diligence through to exit, combining a commercial flair with a strong financial foundation. Stephen formed part of the management team of Sonicbrand, a marketing services agency, working with clients such as easyJet, BP and the National Lottery, focusing on business development.
He then joined the founding team of the Money Debt + Credit Group (MDCG) where he established the business’s KPIs, and acted as the purveyor of management information, working with auditors and investors during the company’s flotation on AIM. He also implemented and managed its direct marketing campaign, overseeing a £3 million annual budget. Stephen has an MBA from Imperial College Business School.
