Investment Director
Adam Fletcher joined Hamilton Bradshaw in 2011 as an Investment Director to launch HBHC III, a new fund investing in high growth professional recruitment and staffing companies.
Adam’s career commenced with Roy James & Co, a prominent stockbroker in Birmingham. This was followed by 16 years at Computer People, the last 5 years as Managing Director, leading the company through a period of significant expansion and profit growth. During this time Adam also sat on the Group Board of Ajilon, incorporating Computer People, Office Angels, Roevin, Jonathan Wren, Ajilon Consulting and Ajilon Finance. Upon leaving Ajilon, Adam completed a number of ‘Industry Expert’ interim assignments for the Private Equity community before starting with Elan Computing in November 2007.
Adam Joined Elan as Managing Director and was responsible for their core staffing operations across the UK and Ireland, with a particular focus on the development of the contingent staffing business.
Adam has over 20 years of operational and strategic industry expertise, and is thus well positioned to deliver value to the Portfolio company’s growth potential.
