Hamilton Bradshaw is committed to providing training and development programmes for its entire consultancy team. The group runs sessions across the UK led by James Caan and Tristan Ramus. We typically set up training rooms for up to 50 consultants allowing for various businesses to learn from each other and experience different approaches to recruitment. Training includes our insights on:

• Permanent recruitment
We like to encourage and motivate individuals within our teams todevelop their performance. For example, we regularly focus on individuals in the group who are consistently billing in excess of £700k worth of permanent fee income. This helps educate others in the group on the methods and techniques that are proving successful in terms of business development.
Portfolio Training
Hamilton Bradshaw prides itself on continuously developing its senior management team. Every quarter we hold a "CEO's Forum" which is a half day session for all our partners, founders and Managing Directors. The meeting happens at HB headquarters in Mayfair London and is the perfect opportunity for senior management to share their ideas, strategy and visions for the future success of the group. Components of the sessions include:
