What sort of training can I expect?
Our training programs are designed to help enhance your day-to-day performance and achieve your full potential. We use practical on the job training plus a variety of external industry leading trainers to ensure that you have the skills you need to be best in class. The training is comprehensive and covers sales, management and leadership training using audio, video and classroom based modules.

Consultants generally earn a generous basic salary and are incentivised through a commission structure and bonus scheme.
